What you'll do when you join us:

  • Maintain office & facilities, confirming all spaces are in order and usable.
  • Maintain a regular cleaning schedule for the office & kitchen facilities.
  • Support workspace moves.
  • Maintain storage & workspace organization and office supply.
  • Report facility relevant issues to building management.
  • Assist with administrative services, including filing.
  • Process mail, shipments & courier services.
  • Review ZENDESK workorders.
  • Collect and processes customer checks for deposit.
  • Provide liaison support to vendors and or contractors related to facility or office operations.
  • Prepare and disseminate organization wide messaging related to facility and office.
  • Act as a backup to Office & Facilities Manager.
  • Assist with special projects as requested.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ Years of experience in office/facilities coordination, or relevant experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of telephone switchboard and standard office equipment, including fax, photocopying, postage, and binding machines.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • The ability to work a part-time schedule - Monday-Thursday, 24 hours per week.
  • Note: This is an onsite position located in Seattle, Washington lasting through November 1^st^, 2025.
  • Payrate is $25.00 per hour.
