Join Harborview Medical Center for an outstanding opportunity as a Nursing Support Program Manager (RN), 100% FTE (40 hours per week) Day Shift, with Harborview’s Patient Care Services. The Nursing Support Program Operations Manager will support a diverse group of programs focused on supporting nursing activities throughout patient care services. The supported areas include but are not limited to: Harborview Medical Center Nursing support float pool supporting daily needs of nursing support roles across the hospital including PCTs, patient monitors and transportation. Patient Transportation: Oversight of the transportation-related patient experience; ensuring that patients across the hospital receive the assistance they need in getting where they need to go, comfortably, safely and on time. Lead and implement adoption of new technologies to match clinical need with patient transportation needs. Will also include the logistical oversight of the wheelchair fleet. Will ensure the nursing support staff deliver reliable and consistent availability. Patient Properties and valuable program, ensuring highest level customer service by ensuring collection, documentation and delivery of patient property.

REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing · 2 to 3 years of experience in service area. · Demonstrated management/leadership and program management skills related to the defined tasks, knowledge, skills, and abilities. · WA State RN license
