TITLE: Multi-Party Solutions Lead EMPLOYER: Stripe, Inc. DUTIES: Drive Risk Strategy for the multi-party solutions team for company level strategic initiatives. This includes scoping, design, and execution for enabling new product launches and building systems and processes for global scale to mitigate material risks. Be a risk expert, identifying existing and nascent risk trends and issues across Fraud, Credit, Supportability, Partnerships among other areas, and translating those requirements into scalable business solutions that can be executed across the organization, inclusive of Engineering and Operations. Lead Project Management and Execution, anticipating and unblocking complex organizational and architectural blockers, analyzing trade-offs and impact across multiple program areas. Assess a product's risk performance and help develop and prioritize long-term strategic plans for future growth. Perform analyses and research to inform decision-making and improve observability in partnership with data science. Own Product Risk's broader comms strategy and execution to inform the Risk org on product roadmap, developments, mitigations, and challenges. Oversee efforts with Product, Engineering and Data Science to develop metrics and improve observability so that we can understand our enterprise risks across a wide range of products and features. Drive the roadmap and priorities for your team, and work with dependencies across the company to deliver projects and features on schedule and quality. Expand and lead a global team of Product Risk Strategists in collaboration with Stripe's recruiting team. Contribute to Risk wide initiatives and special projects as products, risks, and opportunities are constantly evolving. Supervises three subordinate employees in the role of Program Manager. LOCATION: Seattle, WA (and various unanticipated work locations across the U.S.) REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related field and 5 years of experience in Financial Services, Payments, fintech, risk, compliance or product enablement. Position requires the following: 5 years of experience driving risk solutions and strategies and working with technical (product and engineering) and operational teams to implement enforcement strategies; 5 years of experience gathering requirements and working in a cross-functional environment to lead complex integration solutions. 3 years of experience working with product teams as a subject-matter expert/advisor in global risk management. 2 years of experience in program management and building and scaling programs from the ground up; 2 years of experience Building Quantitative and Financial Models, and experience with SQL 1 year of People management experience.
