This internship is designed for current college seniors or recent graduates, seeking a career in commercial real estate. The internship is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the commercial real estate business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicated professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.
The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to build your career. The program provides you with an outstanding perspective on our coordinated service lines. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities designed especially for you.
What you'll do
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Perform market analysis and research on competition
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Conduct company and industry-specific research
Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials
Contribute to projects in support of business development
Full time internship, 100% in office
What you'll need
This internship is designed for candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in marketing. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking to excel in the commercial real estate industry.
Current college senior, or recent graduate
Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
Experience with MS Office
Strong presentation skills
Ability to network and develop positive relationships
Diligent and highly organized
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Washington Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The minimum salary for the Intern position is $19.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $20.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
