What you’ll be doing…

The Marketing Automation System Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing efforts related to data management, lead generation programs, web seminars and events, lead lifecycle/conversion programs, and analysis of performance metrics. This role is instrumental in the execution of global marketing campaigns, ensuring program elements are developed, projects are executed on time, key data metrics are updated, and marketing-related issues are resolved.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include …

  • Assist with the creation, implementation, and execution of target marketing programs designed to provide the sales teams with a high volume of leads.

  • Work closely with sales leaders to ensure that the marketing funnel is resulting in a full sales funnel. Research and recommend new ways to drive new ways to use data in campaigns and programs.

  • Maintain contact database health in core demographic fields by producing automated programs designed to maintain data quality.

  • Act as guardian of customer data and privacy by supporting and educating the Marketing teams to drive adoption and knowledge of database segmentation, process, and best practice.

  • Promote data best practices across targeted groups and deliver training to drive engagement with self-service data management tools.

  • Use Eloqua and Alteryx to deliver timely and relevant lead management programs, data cleaning programs, and notifications to help drive leads through the sales pipeline.

  • Use tools like Tableau to analyze program leads and follow-up programs, constantly testing new ways to drive more leads and more conversions.

  • Partner with Field and Solutions Marketing, Events, Operations, PR and Product to ensure campaigns and the data management are relevant and targeted.

  • Assist the Manager, Marketing Automation Systems to determine the best ways to segment and leverage database marketing to drive traffic to programs and manage campaign data flow.

Who you are… *LI-VI1

  • Experienced. 3+ years’ experience in marketing or related field

  • Highly Technical. Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation. Understanding of relational databases

  • Domain. Eloqua – or other marketing automation system. MS Office, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, and preferred.

  • Excellent Communication. Strong communication and project management skills.
