What You Will Do: * Manage daily operations functions and maintain quality throughout the company. * Lead branch operations teams and provide training and coaching as needed. * Track and Analyze customer failures via UET's and CSG's and develop action plans at the root cause level. * Drive Territories and branches to meet Operational Excellence goals through regularly reviewing UETs, KPI, and dashboard tools. * Ensure consistent operations process compliance throughout Territories and Branches. * Design a strategy for maintaining consistent coverage and availability for operations needs while maintaining SUSA control requirements. * Be an ADKAR leader and advocate for change management * Promote & reinforce internal Mini Kai program by empowering everyone to respectfully question existing processes, voice concerns, and suggest improvements. * Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring: * Strong communication, Organizational, and team skills * 3-5 years prior experience supervising and developing a team. * Effective manager and developer of strategies, KPIs, persons and teams. * Familiarity and competence with all MS Suite (Excel, Teams, PPT, Word, Sharepoint, OneDrive, etc.) * Organized and detail-oriented, interacting with colleagues effectively. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Office environment, mainly seated at a desk. * Standing and lifting (Up to 50lbs) computer equipment and paper.
