SMSS is headquartered in Downtown Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood with easy transit access and a beautiful view of Puget Sound. This is a Summer 2024 internship. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand position requirements and translate them into compelling job postings that attract top talent. Assist in crafting and implementing candidate sourcing strategies using diverse channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, and attendance at recruiting events. Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives aimed at enhancing our company's image and appeal to potential employees. Take charge of creating a communication plan for our DEI program, fostering an inclusive and welcoming workplace. Qualifications: Interns must be enrolled in an accredited university program majoring in business or a related field. Passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Strong communication skills and a creative approach. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
