Director, Center for Career and Calling (Seattle, WA). Duties: Provide overall administration of the Center for Career and Calling. Responsibilities include strategic planning, development of department programs and services, budgeting, and working with campus partners and industry leaders. Requirements: Master's in Education, Career Counseling, or related field. 2 years of post-secondary career counseling experience, to include a strong background in each: equity, inclusion, and diversity initiatives in higher education; budget management; program evaluation and development; web-based data management systems; computerized career guidance software; Microsoft office (Outlook, Teams, Word). Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and activities. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Hybrid schedule permitted within Washington. Salary $79,248.00 per year to $95,098.00, DOE. Medical/Dental/Vision/FSA/HSA, PTO, 403b ret. Plan, AD&D.
