IMCO General Construction, Inc. Construction Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

IMCO Construction is seeking a Project Manager in the greater Seattle, WA region, Eastern, WA region, and the greater Boise region, with experience in heavy civil and/or industrial work in the public and private sectors. Experience in water/wastewater and dams/hydropower projects is preferred. We are seeking an outgoing type of individual who enjoys community and industry involvement, attends local industry events, and finds satisfaction in networking and engaging with industry peers.

The Project Manager will work within a collaborative project team to develop a project construction plan and address project constructability challenges. They will manage project progress through schedule updates and cost tracking, review and develop change orders and force account pricing, and support the project team through administrative responsibilities like submittals, RFI’s, and correspondence.

We are seeking a business-minded individual who understands timing, deadlines, and the importance of meeting goals and deadlines, someone who is self-motivated and takes initiative to seek work. The PM will need to motivate their teams effectively and successfully and provide guidance to the Superintendent, Project Engineer, and field personnel. The Project Manager must have a strong understanding of proper notice requirements, and change order management, and have the ability to build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

IMCO is seeking a visionary employee who has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make confident decisions. BS in Construction Management or an equivalent degree in Business Management or Engineering, and 7+ years’ experience required.
