As part of The Salvation Army's Seattle Social Services Department, the Health-Through-Housing (HtH), Redmond Case Manager's Assistant (CMA) undertakes various tasks, including residential concierge assistance, resident check-in intake data processing, and safety & security rounds. They work closely with HtH Redmond residents, offering basic needs services, crisis intervention, and ISP Wraparound support. Duties & Responsibilities Participate in training and supervision, demonstrating competence in adhering to HtH Redmond site operational guidelines. Safely handle workplace chemicals according to instructions. Operate safety and security systems, including intrusion alarm, fire alarm, and CCTV monitoring. Assist with resident intakes and conduct visual site inspections. Exercise sound judgment, cooperate with others, and maintain proper documentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities, including emergency response in the absence of management. Maintain records, reports, and logs accurately and confidentially. Collaborate with other Salvation Army staff and programs. Ensure timely reporting and compliance with confidentiality and mandatory reporting requirements. Adhere to Salvation Army procedural requirements. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 6 months experience in public contact/customer service. Experience in social service shelter/residential setting preferred. WA Driver's License preferred.
