Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Food and Beverage Team as an Andare Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Hyatt Regency Seattle!

Andare Kitchen & Bar delivers our guests a quick and efficient Italian-themed dining experience, while providing an environment that is upscale yet casual.

The Andare Kitchen & Bar Assistant Restaurant Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in assisting with the day-to-day management of the restaurant. The Andare Assistant Restaurant Manager is integral part of the hotel’s overall Food and Beverage team. Responsibilities may include:

· Supporting and managing Andare while working closely with the Andare Restaurant leaders as well as the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments.

· Responsible for the short and long term planning of the restaurant

· Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team

· Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results

· Full understanding of Colleague engagement

· Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance

· Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions

· Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity

The salary range for this position is $67,725 to $79,400. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Qualifications:

· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others and exceed guest expectations

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Refined verbal and written communication skills

· Minimum of 2 years as F&B Leader preferred

· Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

· Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader

· Proficient computer and POS systems knowledge
