Audit and update reports to maintain current and accurate data. Liaison with the ramp and main warehouse teams to ensure inventory needs are handled. Responsibilities Receiving, binning, shipping and issuing of aircraft parts. Create Repair Orders for unserviceable parts as directed by Repairs Department and current contracts. Ensure parts are available for daily maintenance workload. Process serviceable and unserviceable part returns. Perform Flight Spares Kit inventories to ensure adequate supplies are available. Perform Level 2 receiving inspection functions on behalf of Quality Control under the oversight of Material Operations Supervisor including signing off on materials in the parts tracking system. Assist in the review of Dangerous Goods (DG) Execute monthly and weekly tasks such as Calibration & Shelf-Life review, Cycle/Inventory counts. Maintain and update inventory in the material operations system in a timely manner. Monitor shipping and station supplies, identify shortages and requirements and report this information to the Supervisor. Coordinate with HDQ Materials on parts required for assigned maintenance tasks at assigned station to ensure adequate stock. Review data reports as of shift change, identify inconsistencies and input updates required. Run audit reports to identify material expiration dates and pull items to be addressed. Liaison between the ramp and main warehouses to ensure the required inventory meets the needs of the business operations. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Required. Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in receiving, inventory, warehousing, distribution or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience operating forklifts. Previous 1 to 2 years of airline experience. Previous experience with computer based inventory systems preferred. Must have clean driving record and possess valid driver license Must be able to pass ten year background check and obtain airport security badge Skills: Strong computer skills including familiarity with Excel and Outlook Excellent oral/written communication skills. Must be flexible to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Special demands: Available to work flexible hours as the operation requires, night shift, call back, standby, and working flexible hours weekends, holidays and extended hours if needed. Ability to travel as required supporting operational needs. Ability to successful complete and test for level 2-inspection training (OTJ) during first year of employment. Frequent: lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling of moderately heavy weight objects (up to 70 pounds); controlling or driving materials handling equipment in a congested warehouse environment. Occasional: driving through city traffic to make pick-ups and deliveries, or conduct field inventories. Salary Range: $56,500- $76,000 Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
