Job Purpose: To provide quality care and support services to the people in their homes by providing services that are essential to the health, continued independence, and well-being of the clients. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assisting clients with personal care services such as: bathing, oral care, toileting, dressing and grooming, and medication reminders.
  • Light housekeeping including, vacuuming, washing dishes, and laundry
  • Planning, preparing and serving meal.
  • Assisting with transfers, walking and physical activities
  • Assistance with transportation to medical appointments, shopping, activities and errands
  • Providing Companionship and creating a positive environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and auto insurance.
  • Data-enable, smart phone preferred for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular and continuous basis.
  • Must be willing to travel throughout the metro area for clients.
  • Possesses good interpersonal communication skills
  • Spanish or second language is a plus
