JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for administering the enrollment process from start to finish for the workers identified and hired by clients. This includes, but is not limited to, following up on pending documents, required information and any other details necessary to complete the client’s worker enrollment process. The goal of this position is to hire care providers as efficiently as possible allowing a client to receive their authorized service(s) promptly. The Enrollment Coordinator will work closely with the Utilization Coordinator, Authorization Coordinator and CPR Instructors to facilitate the enrollment process. Furthermore, it is expected that the Enrollment Coordinator will contact families, clients and the appropriate Regional Center once the care provider is approved to start providing services.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to Aveanna Core Values

  • Process enrollment forms including: Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9 Forms & documentation), data entry into AvennaCare, sending login credentials once hired

  • Maintain communication with pending applicants and families throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth hiring process

  • Assist care provider in meeting all hiring requirements, including (but not limited to) CPR/FA class enrollment or referral to a preferred CPR/FA vendor

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance and up to date documentation is on file for CPR/FA documents and any other required forms

  • Maintain and update Employee & Client Service Accounts in AveannaCare

  • Run AveannaCare reports and process data imports as needed

  • Prioritize tasks based on incoming volume of new cases and enrollment forms

  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required

  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience within the last four years

  • Ability to work effectively with others

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven, motivated and results oriented

  • Must be able to problem solve and apply creative solutions

  • Strong analytical and judgment skills

  • Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and ability to be trained on Aveanna’s proprietary software programs

  • Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong organizational skills

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
