Medical Assistant Position Summary
As a member of the care team, works to provide patient-centered care delivery. Provides initial preparation of patients prior to the provider’s encounter; assists providers in patient care activities, as directed; updates/documents records; relieves/assists Patient Service Representative as needed; orders and restocks exam rooms and office supplies as needed.
Medical Assistant Position Requirements
Previous physician office experience preferred.
Experience with electronic health record preferred.
High School graduate or equivalent required.
Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program preferred.
Medical Assistant certification preferred.
Medical Assistant Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, Day Shift
