Principal Accountabilities
• Performs all duties associated with the Operation of the Fletcher Saw.
• Performs Fletcher Saw Blade changes .
• Uses measuring devices to verify that produced material meets order specifications.
• Accurately enters order confirmations into our ERP (MOVEX) system.
• Completes appropriate documentation (i.e., productivity, quality) as required.
• Follows all safety instructions for operating equipment.
• Performs all functions with an attitude of teamwork, cooperativeness, positive thinking and responsibility.
• Be aware of when equipment requires maintenance and notify proper personnel.
• Performs specific housekeeping/clean-up tasks daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Knowledgeable of Q.C. specifications.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and problems and assist Maintenance in resolving issue.

• Flexible in job assignments plant-wide, works overtime as needed to support plant operations.

• Demonstrated ability to operate saws, and sheet manipulators.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to use various measuring devices.
• Basic math skills.

• Mechanical ability/reasoning.
• Ability to keep up with production requirements.
• Computer literate.
• Familiar with production work.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks.

The salary range for this position is $23.83. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
