MIDTOWN APARTMENTS Maintenance Person in Scranton, Pennsylvania

This Full Time position requires you to perfom minor plumbing and electrical repairs, cleaning and preparing apartments and townhouses and maintaining the grounds.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Complete minor plumbing  & electrical repairs such as toilet & faucet repairs & replacement, installing shower enclosures, installing & repairing switches & receptacles.

Complete minor repairs to heating and hot water units including installing thermocoiples, spill switches, air filters, thermostats & gas valves.

Maintain grounds including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, weedwacking, policing, weeding, planting shrubs & trees, snow removal

Complete minor repairs to lawn & snow removal equipment

Clean apartments & townhouses

Install new tile floors, shampoo carpets in hallways & complete painting when needed

Clean laundry rooms, mop floors, strip & wax floors, vacuum hallways as needed

Complete minor repairs to stoves & refrigerators

Other duties as assigned
