Sr Business Consultantneeded by Blue Yonder, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ and various, unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
DUTIES: Participate in business processes, including analysis, design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of projects. Duties include: serve in a supporting functional role while attending and contributing to key meetings between the Blue Yonder project stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and corresponding leadership teams; assist project leaders in Solution Design addressing customer business requirements; develops functional specifications of sound design for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens that achieve customers\' business objectives; assist in Customer End user training and Standard operating procedure (SOP) development; develop and execute test scripts to ensure Blue Yonder software consistently meets the customer\'s business objectives; perform modification and enhancement testing and act as a liaison between Development Services and Customer; provide primary user support and verify that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity; communicate business cases to PMG and PD (Product Development) regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements; ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences; provide support during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Go Live, and Post Go Live period; and work with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors (or foreign equivalent) degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field followed by two years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as an Operations Analyst, Operations Systems Manager, Software Engineer, or a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 2 years of experience involving Warehouse Management System Implementation; Warehouse Management System configuration & troubleshooting; Warehouse Management System solution design; and Warehousing operations. Experience must also include: SQL; Relational database, including Oracle; MOCA (McHugh Open Concept Architecture) trace file analysis; and Data analysis. Travel required. Must be able to work at various, unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
