Our legal team is seeking a Paralegal responsible for supporting our attorneys in various legal matters and assisting in the efficient operation of the legal department. This is a hybrid role in our Scottsdale office.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain legal files and documents

  • Conduct legal research and analysis

  • Prepare legal documents, including, contracts, and agreements

  • Draft correspondence and communicate with clients and other parties

  • Manage deadlines and calendars

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in license renewal, compliance, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

  • Proficiency in legal research and case management software

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
