Concord Servicing Licensing Renewal Specialist in Scottsdale, Arizona

Concord is a full-scope loan servicer and technology company delivering compliant, flexible, and scalable portfolio servicing solutions to meet the demands of loan originators and capital providers – and their customers – in multiple asset classes.

Our team is seeking a Licensing Renewal Specialist/Paralegal to work on-site in our Scottsdale, AZ office. The Licensing Renewal Specialist will manage the renewal process of various licenses and permits for our clients. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely renewal and compliance of all required licenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the licensing renewal process for multiple states and jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all relevant deadlines, requirements, and statutes

  • Manage the submission of annual reports for state licenses

  • Manage the completion of audits for state licenses

  • Manage state bonds

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather the necessary documentation for license renewals, annual reports, and audits

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to licensing renewals

  • Keep up-to-date with changes in licensing regulations and requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in license renewal, compliance, or a related field

  • Proficient in NMLS

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
