Acosta Group Catalog Specialist in Scottsdale, Arizona
DESCRIPTION
Hybrid position to be filled in the United States.
You will be expected to maintain the online catalogs and Amazon detail pages for a specified set of brands. You will work closely with a Brand Manager to address all needs for a Brand .
This will include creating new items, updating existing information, fixing errors, and regular audits to verify accuracy . This will primarily be done via Amazon’s web-based portals , Excel feed files, or Amazon escalation support . Regular and concise communication will be vital to ensure accurate and timely results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating, updating, and auditing product titles, bullets, descriptions, variations, and various other attributes
Upload or remove images and videos, merge items, new itemsetup, quarterly catalog audits
Resolve suppressions, Item availabilityupdates
Update browse nodes, product categories, keywords , and other SEO implementation
Communication and cooperation between Catalog team , Brand Management, Brands, and Leadership to ensure accurate and timely results
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in business or communication preferred
Familiarity with Amazon and E- commerce
Highly proficient in Excel and all MS Office Suites
Strong data entry and attention to detail
Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organization skills and self-driven in an independent setting
Adapt to a fast-paced environment , with a positive, open-minded, can-do attitude
