Job Title: Convenience Store Supervisor
Location: Scottsbluff, NE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Supervisor to join our team in Scottsbluff, NE. As a Convenience Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, including managing a team of cashiers and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and train a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate transactions - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Manage gasoline station sales and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Conduct regular audits to ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed - Create schedules for cashiers and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Knowledge of gasoline station management and sales - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
