Encore Global HRIS Analyst in Schiller Park, Illinois

Position Overview

The HRIS Analyst Global will be responsible for supporting UltiPro HR, Payroll and Timekeeping systems. This position facilitates and supports key business processes and accountabilities within Human Resources, primarily in the area of Human Resources Information Management. The HRIS Analyst, Global provides technical support to develop and implement technology-related projects. This position directly reports to the Director, Global HR Technology.

Key Job Responsibilities

Support

• Provide functional and technical support and guidance in the utilization and application of Global HR Systems.

• Provide needed support for implementations, integrations, upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and offer technical assistance in support of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping systems and responsible for case management with UltiPro.

• Perform analysis into root cause of problems, develop and implement solutions.

• Document standard operating procedures and best practices within HR Systems.

• Develops and assists in training clients on new processes and functionality.

• Participate in technology projects and coordinate with other internal functions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and proper use of HR information.

• Develop data integrity protocols and help maintain data integrity in the systems by analyzing data, creating, and running various audits.

System Reporting

• Prepare intermediate to complex reports using business intelligence, in response to requests from users within Human Resources and from users in other departments. Examples include turnover and payroll analysis reporting, as well as monthly HR reports based on key metrics.

• Design and develop dashboards to communicate key workforce trends in a concise and easy to understand format. Work with Payroll Manager to refine audit reports for payroll team to ensure data accuracy.

Compliance

• Oversee requests for surveys and labor statistics from the BLS and other government agencies.

• Develop training and documentation of system use for HR users.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• At least 3 years of HRIS experience (UltiPro strongly preferred)

• Strong data analysis and report development skills

• Experience supporting Global HR environment is a plus

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Access, and Word

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Work Environment

Office

Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
