Job Description

What you’ll do:

The GE Vernova Financial Management Program (FMP) is a two-year early career development program that will ignite your professional growth. This program positions you to become a future finance and business leader at GE. FMP combines business assignments with formal classroom and virtual training in finance, accounting, business, soft skills, leadership development and energy markets.

Essential Responsibilities:

Complete four, six-month rotations (2 years) in a variety of domain areas including Commercial Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, and others.

Complete a functional curriculum program that complements on-the-job learning experiences and offer exposure to finance experts and leaders across GE Vernova.

Execute mission-based project work within each rotation period designed to implement sustainable improvements across the GE Vernova businesses.

Collaborate with and present to senior finance leaders who act as coaches and mentors throughout the program

Actively uphold GE’s values by participating in our inclusive culture both inside the company and in the communities we serve.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred

Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0

Must be willing to relocate while on program, relocation package is provided. Major locations include Atlanta, GA, Greenville, SC, Schenectady, NY.

Graduation date: July 2025

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable).

Additional Notes: Atlanta, GA, Greenville, SC, Schenectady NY are potential locations for first year. Other select locations inside the US are available in the second year of the program such as Cambridge, MA, Longmont, CO, Pensacola, FL and Wilmington, NC.
