Description

Robert Half is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer tasked with designing and implementing machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other tools. This role involves gaining a deep understanding of business operations and training Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to meet business goals efficiently.

The Machine Learning Engineer is primarily responsible for researching and applying advanced machine learning techniques to real-world problems. Key activities include optimizing performance and scalability of machine learning models, building end-to-end machine learning pipelines, conducting experiments, and evaluating model performance. The candidate needs to have a deep understanding of development, inference, and training servers that are essential for the operations of the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. They should bring at least 3 years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or software engineering.

Additional Information / Benefits: The candidate must be familiar with the functional and non-functional side of coding, ensuring the models' stability in production.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.

  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and methods.

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Experience in using Scrum or Kanban.

  • Preferable experience in .NET technologies.
