Actalent Aquatics Project Manager in Schaumburg, Illinois

Architecture and Engineering firm in the Schaumburg area looking to add an Aquatics Project Manager to their team!

Description:

  • Reporting to the Principal of the Aquatics Practice

  • Will be working directly with client, internal team and other practices to ensure project meets clients expectations and timelines

  • Working with Principal and client to develop project scope, timelines, negotiate fees and contracts

  • Responsible for project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials

  • Assist with design and production of drawings and specifications for projects

  • Leading and mentoring a CAD/BIM Technician on project design

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Civil, Architecture or similar is required

  • 3 or more years of professional experience in a similar role

  • Experience producing documents for commercial aquatic pools is required

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Bluebeam and Navisworks

  • Knowledge of aquatic design and engineering

  • Filter and Pump Calculations is a must
