Your Job

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced TCAD Engineer for the modeling of RRAM devices. You will be working in an interdisciplinary team, located in Dresden Germany and your responsibilities will be:

  • Actively support the development of new RRAM material stacks and devices

  • Planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of TCAD simulations for better understanding of physical processes in RRAM

  • Analysis of electrical data of bit cell device and array test structures

  • Very closely cooperate with process integration team, device engineers and process owners to ensure rapid development of RRAM technology at GF

    Required Qualifications

  • PhD or Master/Diploma in physics, electrical engineering, materials science or similar disciplines

  • 3+ years of experience in the field of semiconductor industry in general and TCAD in particular

  • Solid understanding of RRAM physics

  • Hands-on experience in characterization and simulations of RRAM devices

  • Solid knowledge of statistics and probability

  • Experience with scripting to analyze results of simulations, for example using Python

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate complex technical problems to non-experts.

  • Very good English and intercultural communication skills are required
