Job Summary: Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems - specifically SalesForce.com CRM business applications for Sales, Service, E-Commerce and Marketing Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, developing, and training systems and procedures. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems Lead and/or participate in cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues, client-focused, working in conjunction with geographically diverse business and IT teams Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations Support cross systems and related integrations across native Salesforce eco system Work with backend systems integration and Data Warehouse team members to implement integrated data and process flows Analyze and recommend improvements to existing data and process flows Provide design documentation and planning for current and future systems design Build solution on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services and API's Troubleshoot and resolve defects for planned releases and production issues Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions Customization and development of Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools to extend platform capabilities The employee will be expected to work in a normal office environment as well as have a proper remote workspace available

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: * ay Range:** $100-$110 per year. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
