Aerotek Avionics Technician in Savannah, Georgia

Aerotek Aviation is looking for an Avionics Technician to join one of the leading cooperate aircraft manufacturers in the country! This opportunity offers, flexible schedules, competitive pay, and paid time off.

Job Description:

  • Must have technical skills and expertise in avionics and aircraft systems operational testing and troubleshooting.

  • Installation and functionally testing of electrical/avionics components and systems per Engineering specifications, drawings and maintenance manuals ensuring a defect free system.

  • Ensures quality and efficiency of all installations: troubleshoots to provide timely, quality repairs of malfunctioning systems.

  • Demonstrates the skills and knowledge required. to effective and efficiently repair or replace defective components and wiring to ensure installations meet conformity.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Four (4) years experience in an avionics/electrical career field

  • Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and two (2) years related experience.

  • Military candidates require DD214

Work Environment:

  • Must be open to working any shift (days, nights, weekends, OT as needed). Numerous shifts available.

  • Climate controlled environment
