Safely and properly perform maintenance and start up of Blacktop Plant 3. Monitory blacktop production 4. Verify blacktop meets specifications 5. Monitor oil consumption of blacktop plant 6. Complete daily progress reports 7. Shovel excess material away from plant 8. Fill silo 9. Tear down and set up blacktop plant 10. Calibrate blacktop plant 11. Assist with repairs 12. Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others. 13. Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).
