JOB REQUIREMENTS: DIRECT HIRE Are you a professional engineer with experience building strong, long-term relationships with clients? Would you like to work for a company who is committed to the professional growth and development of their staff? Our Madison area customer is looking for a Civil Engineering Project Leader to oversee projects and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. You will designate project resources, prepare budgets, and keep clients updated on progress. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Create and monitor project scope, design schedules, budgets and contracts while providing excellent client communication regarding any changes. Provide mentoring to entry-level project engineers on financial management, customer services, and the client management process. Assess projects to analyze and proactively manage risk. Delegate work to the project team, answers questions, monitors process, and review completed work. Work on proposals and estimates. Prep billing and invoices for projects. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree required. Professional Engineering License for the State of Wisconsin plus 5 + years of project management experience with site development or municipal infrastructure design. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D Effective communication skills, both written and verbal is a must. This key role collaborates with internal team, clients, and other stakeholders.
