Eliot Community Human Services Assistant Operations Manager, Behavioral Health Community Partner (BHCP) in Saugus, Massachusetts

Description

Eliot is looking for an experienced administrator with supervisory background and understanding of billing in a behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate will work well with teams and have exceptional communication skills both in verbal and in written format. Must possess the organizational skills to work in both remote home office space and business location of Saugus MA.

Eliot’s Behavioral Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that are evidence based, provide rehabilitation and hope to those in services. Eliot's Care Coordination programming includes the Behavioral Health Community Partner (BHCP) program as well One Care Health Home programming. Both provide an innovative Care Management approach to behavioral health Members insured with either MassHealth and/or Medicare who have complex medical, behavioral health and social needs within Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily administrative operations of assigned services including establishing work priorities.

  • Reconcile Member Assignment files from ACOs, MCOs, collaterals and MassHealth to identify newly assigned BH CP Enrollees.

  • Hire, supervise and develop task lists for Administrative Assistant staff.

  • Provide weekly/biweekly supervision to Administrative Assistant staff focused on each Administrative Assistant's growth, job responsibilities in a remote and office environment.

  • Work collaboratively with Leadership to identify workflows to improve timely and efficient exchange and access to data.

  • Collect, organize and distribute third party reporting to all staff.

  • Collect, organize and ensure timely submission of billing information for BH CP. Work collaboratively with the program and finance department staff to identify and solve problems regarding timely and accurate billing submissions.

  • Provide accurate and timely flows of data, financial and insurance benefits information among the Members, staff, Accounts Receivable, the Business Office and other relevant parties.

  • Acquire all the necessary office supplies needed for staff and Members.

  • Provide front-desk services including greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail and meeting coordination.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
