  1. To monitor the pricing team and manage all pricing, RFQ or customers’ rate enquiries.

  2. To coordinate different product teams to work out strategy for sensitive and important RFQ from accounts.

  3. To review customer revenue reports and manage the profitability of the accounts by different pricing solutions when there is market situation change.

  4. To lead the team to communicate and support sales & network with tenders, ad-hoc bids and follow up on proposals timely.

  5. To lead the team to make sure all agreed selling rate are updated into AIRRTS (for air) and ATS filing system (for ocean) under the company policy and workflow set up by Manager.

  6. To do regular statistical analysis, e.g. winning ratio analysis and work with regional team to set up the tool in provide past rate submission and winning ratio to help on our business decision in RFQ.

  7. To set up the mechanism of the pricing consideration with allotment and floating rate consideration if possible.

  8. To build database of volumetric ratio by different kinds of commodities (For Air). 

  9. To conduct regular review of consolidation mix and after consolidation cost with product operations and gateway teams.

  10. To have regular update (Monthly) to Management Team for the RFQ Quote Status per Department.

  11. Take up any additional tasks required by the company.

·        University Graduate with minimum 8 years’ experience in freight forwarding or carrier industry required.

·        Good knowledge of cargo consolidation

·        Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

·        Excellent customer service skills

·        Fluent in written and spoken English.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and business analytical skills

·        Be a good team player and effectively communicate to obtain positive results.

·        Good time management skills and attention to detail

·        Ability to consistently meet deadlines under pressure

·        Current or previous dangerous goods certification is a plus
