Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients Duties and Responsibilities * Assisting Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, survey research, boundary analysis, easement preparations, legal descriptions, and computing survey points * Coordinate and work with field crews and other office staff Required Experience High school diploma or GED required Currently enrolled in an associates or bachelor's degree program in Surveying, Engineering Technology, or related area of study Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D for production activities Ability to manage multiple tasks, project coordination, maintain organizational structures, and interact with other design services Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment that is in a growth mode Strong listening, writing, and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience Knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, preparation of easement documents, legal descriptions, final plat preparation, construction staking Full use of Microsoft Office Familiar with GIS processes and terminology Prior experience with survey field work About Westwood Professional Services, Inc.
