At Alpin Haus, the Parts Associate teaches our customers how to operate the systems and accessories of their RV to enhance their personal enjoyment, and assists customers with their shopping needs in the retail store to enrich their camping experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys a retail setting, and is interested in growth opportunities. 

Pay: $15-$18/hour based on experience plus commission

Job Duties

  • Assist customers with their shopping experience in the retail store, striving to maximize sales opportunities for camping equipment and accessories

  • Thorough demonstration and interaction with customers, explain the operation and functionality of units and accessories during pick up; review maintenance tips and provide additional information to ensure complete customer satisfaction

  • Participate in the ordering process for retail merchandise; search catalogs and electronic resources for part numbers and prices; compare products and negotiate as appropriate

  • Organize and stock merchandise; pack and ship parts; maintain cleanliness and organization of stock rooms and retail store areas

  • Constantly increase product knowledge to efficiently assist customers, answer questions, and drive sales

  • Helping individuals and families create memories by suggesting products to them that will give them a great experience 

    Qualifications:  High school diploma, previous knowledge of motor vehicles and RV's is essential, previous experience with automated inventory system helpful.
