Requirements

  • Dedication to client service excellence in a fast-paced, collegial, and engaging environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft, negotiate, and interpret a variety of documents; effectively build relationships with investigators, expert witnesses, opposing counsel; and convey complex concepts in a concise and understandable manner.

  • Enthusiastic attitude with demonstrated initiative, reliability, and an exceptional drive for results.

  • Ability to work independently and under tight timelines, and to plan and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • A professional courtroom presence and desire to try cases.

  • A proven track record of winning, including serving as first chair on jury trials, in a broad spectrum of legal matters.

  • Ability to organize and assemble information gathered during discovery for thoughtful presentation at trial.

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and Florida Bar Admission or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar exam in the near future is required.

  • Please include a document with your resume submission which details your jury trial experience and wins, noting which you served as first chair.
