The New Jewish Home, Sarah Neuman campus in Westchester, is currently seeking a Nurse Manager to join their team!

In this position, some of the responsibilities of the Nurse Manager are:

  • day to day operation of the unit

  • assures that resident care is provided in compliance with all regulations and policies

  • participates in establishing community goals and achieving clinical outcomes

  • managing and engaging staff in clinical goals

Qualifications:

  • Valid NY state RN license

  • 4 + years of experience with acute/long term care clinical experience and supervisory skills.

  • As a service excellence champion to one's team, the Nurse Manager will possess the ability to problem solve and must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
