Job Description

  • Multifunctional position; reports to the COLD END Department including Packing Floor Reselect, Box Shop, and Load Center areas.
  • Fulltime position
  • 2 Shifts (a,b,c, & d crews); 12 Hour Shifts: 2 Weeks Days/ 2 Weeks Nights, 3 on 2 off ( off every other weekend)
  • Nonexempt position Union Environment

Job Responsibilities

  • Multiple Functional position with 6 to 7 different job functions within the position.
  • Individual is responsible for carton operations, monitoring line flow, and ensuring all equipment is running/being monitored.
  • Employees may be responsible for reselecting/repacking bottles as necessary.
  • Daily job duties include maintenance of general housekeeping and SS standards and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (some cases work experience will be considered over education)
  • Ability to read and understand English is required
  • Ability to perform job function is required
  • Ability to obtain Forklift Operator License
  • Requires availability to work all days and hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Home or cell phone is required
  • Physical, drug screen, and background check is required
  • Work in hot & cold temperatures
  • Stable VERIFIABLE work history
  • Prefers a minimum of 2 years manufacturing or a strong transferable work history-- example construction, heavy equipment, warehousing etc
  • Will consider applicants with applicable trade school certifications in replace of work history.
