The Amazon Student Programs Team is looking for students to participate in the internship at the heart of our core consumer business. In this role, you will work on projects and activities that help Amazon provide a broad portfolio of products, drive demand, optimize supply chain and improve customer experience, as well as work on continuously improving processes. As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor. In addition to learning about an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship. We give you the tools to own your project and learn in a real-world setting.

Amazon adopts a hybrid work model and all employees, including interns, are required to work from the office 3x per week. Amazon headquarter is based in São Paulo – SP.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop the analytical and problem-solving skills that our people are known for

  • Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered by advertising or merchant services

  • Identify target accounts using market data and industry intelligence

  • Learn the advertising or merchant services portfolio and the Amazon culture

  • Identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools

  • Work with different parts of the Amazon business to implement improvement projects, including working with category teams, product teams, and technical support teams

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, e-commerce, Engineering or related field with a graduation conferral date between December 2025 and December 2027

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlook up, charts)

  • Basic knowledge of SQL

  • Intermediate ability to read, write, and speak in English

  • Available to complete a 12-month internship

  • Available to work 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday, totaling 30 hours a week, within business hours.

  • Conhecimento básico de SQL

  • Conhecimento intermediário para leitura, escrita e conversação em inglês

  • Disponibilidade para estagiar por 12 meses

  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar 6hrs por dia de segunda a sexta-feira, totalizando 30hrs semanais, dentro do horário comercial

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent English and Portuguese

  • Advanced knowledge and/or experience using SQL
