Job Description :

O Vendedor Sênior exerce função na gestão de contas diretas, geralmente com principal responsabilidade de relacionamentos de clientes relevantes para as estratégias comerciais da empresa ( RTC ) e desenvolvimento do portfólio dentro dos principais varejos da região do Estado de Santa Catarina.

Será responsável por liderar a excelência de execução de uma unidade geográfica de negócio, estabelecendo a governança nas dimensões das estratégias de mercado : Resultados de vendas com foco em Sell Out e execução, impulsionar o Desenvolvimento de Categorias com olhar na evolução de Market Share, implementação das estratégias de ativação nos pontos de vendas, atuando no desenvolvimento da execução nos clientes.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver o canal direto, ampliando a distribuição ponderada dos SKUs Diageo e garantindo incremento de SoM

  • Planejar, executar e controlar as operações de Vendas e distribuição do portfólio de produtos Diageo nos principais Varejos da região de SC

  • Acompanhar a Performance da equipe de merchandising que atendem a base de varejos direto.

  • Alinhar as estratégias e políticas da Diageo junto aos clientes visando atender as necessidades dos clientes e consumidores e atingir os objetivos propostos

  • Identificar oportunidades de mercado e alavancar o negócio para a Diageo e seu parceiro.

  • Utiliza todos os instrumentos disponíveis para vendas, tem gestão e responsabilidade sob orçamento e busca sempre eficiência no negócio

  • Complexidade em fazer com que os Terceiros se sintam parte do time.

  • Interface com Customer Marketing para maior aproveitamento das ferramentas e gestão estratégica da execução dos planos para os canais.

  • Acompanhar e analisar os resultados de sell out vs. execução para maximizar execução com a finalidade de aumento de sell out em todo território.
