The Senior Product Manager role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and will be comfortable assessing and working with data from multiple sources. The candidate should also have strong communication skills, enabling them to work with key business stakeholders and multiple partners to envision to envision what will make Seller Listing experiences a success and shape analytical deliverables. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by the ambiguity or competing priorities to scale in different geographies. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Key job responsibilities

  • Owning, building and driving the seller experience with key local and global stakeholders such as tech, legal, accounting, and operations.

  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.

  • Driving decision making throughout the team.

  • Partnering with global product teams to identify and influence development of new products and services.

  • Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.

  • Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.

  • Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.

  • Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.

  • Incorporate benchmarking information from local competitors as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to define best-in-class seller experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Fluent in Business-level English, both written and oral.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Fluent in Spanish.
