Description

The WWSO GenAI team builds and executes strategic go-to-market plans to drive revenue and market share for AWS GenAI and AI/ML services. Our team helps AWS customers adopt GenAI and AI/ML providing guidance throughout the customer adoption journey. As a GTM Specialist on GenAI you will build and drive a robust sales pipeline, work with partners and key internal stakeholders to scale impact, incubate new AWS GenAI/AI/ML services and scale existing AWS services, represent AWS on AI at public events or blogs. This position will help LATAM AWS customers adopt Amazon AI/GenAI services and Amazon Sagemaker.

The WWSO works backwards from customers to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist sales, and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you’ll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. As a GTM Specialist, you will be responsible for growing adoption, utilization, and revenue for AWS services in a sales region. You will gather customer and industry needs and partner with AWS product teams to innovate, develop, and deliver AWS solutions. GTM Specialists are technically savvy resources responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate with customers, influencing the AWS product roadmap, and driving revenue for your AWS service(s). As a GTM Specialist, you will be the direct business owner for geo-segments, or areas, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will develop and influence GTM strategies and sales plays for new or existing services, and drive customer and partner engagements by participating in AWS field enablement activities. You will also identify gaps in AWS products or feature sets based on customer insights and partner with internal product teams and account managers to win strategic customer workloads and drive business revenue.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

    • 10 Years of professional experience
  • Professional fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner

  • Working control of Spanish desirable

  • Bachelor degree on technical fields

  • previous experience on Cloud providers
