Essa pessoa vai garantir a disponibilidade e confiabilidade geral para atender ou exceder os níveis de serviço das operações do data center. Esta posição lida com diagnósticos rápidos de hardware e rede, assim como o reparo físico, o que pode incluir a participação de uma equipe em escala de plantão. Buscamos pessoas dispostas a trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe. Priorização de trabalho, habilidades organizacionais, comunicação eficaz e capacidade de reagir rapidamente são essenciais para o sucesso. Além do reparo de hardware e rede, nossa equipe instala equipamentos, cria documentos, inova em soluções e corrige problemas dentro do data center.

A operação do data center consiste de equipes que trabalham 24x7 em esquema de plantão.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

Basic Qualifications

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Ongoing Bachelor or Associate degree in IT related fields with a proven minimum experience of 6 months on related areas.

  • Network cabling knowledge

  • Computer hardware troubleshooting, repair and parts replacements

  • Entry-level experience with Linux, Unix or similar OS.

  • Able to follow a well-defined technical standard operational procedure (SOP)

  • Fluent in Portuguese

  • Must exhibit good written and read communication skills in English.

  • It may require to travel locally and/or internationally;

  • This position also has a physical component requiring the ability to lift & rack equipment up to 18Kg; it may require working in cramped spaces or in elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Data Center or mission critical environment

  • Network gear installation

  • Receive and inventory components as they arrive

  • Able to work with a ticketing prioritization systems

  • Hands on experience with network cabling

  • Highly organized and able to follow procedures to accomplish tasks.

  • Self-starter who is excited about technology
