Red Hat Field Marketing Intern in Sao Paulo, Brazil
About the job
The Red Hat Brazil Marketing team is looking for a creative, passionate individual who is ready to join us as a Marketing Intern and learn within an innovative and dynamic company in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will carry out marketing activities targeted at existing and prospective customers across the various business units, including marketing campaigns, events, online marketing, and advertising , under the direction of the senior Field Marketing Associate for Brazil.
What you will do
Support all events - digital and presential (Red Hat events and Industry) technical visit; separate materials needed for transportation to events (banner, folders); giveaways room control; monitoring the schedule and checklist to ensure deadlines with the event organizers; post event reports
Campaigns: collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Request advertising pieces from third party agencies (e.g. email marketing, newsletter, images for stands, banners, etc.)
Reports: MKT Calendar update, Weekly reports, budget consolidation, and others.
Manage the purchasing process end to end, including purchase orders (POs), statements of work (SOWs), ID Campaigns, invoicing, operational support for budget control, etc.
What you will bring
Advanced student in Marketing, Administration or related courses
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to ask for help and embrace feedback
Extremely well organized and detail oriented
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Motivation to continuously learn and develop.
Outstanding multitasking abilities
Advanced English, Spanish is a plus.
