Description

Do you want to lead DEI strategies for a dynamic organization within Amazon Stores & Operations?

We are seeking a Brazil based, experienced DEI practitioner to partner with multiple senior business leaders, Human Resources business teams and other centers of excellence (Talent Leadership & Development, Early Talent, etc.) to develop and implement IXT strategy. You will help create and maintain a workplace that is equitable and inclusive for employees of all backgrounds.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement and measure several core & common IXT initiatives. You will develop strategies, initiatives, and have accountability for their success. These include critical mechanisms to drive equity within the business and support leader education and engagement opportunities and communication. This role will require deep and consistent engagement across teams and strong skills in strategy development, inclusion diversity and equity, data analysis, collaboration, and communication.

Key job responsibilities

  • Advises LATAM LT team on related DEI topics.

  • Sets DEI goals and priorities in collaboration with Regional (LATAM) leadership teams.

  • Meets with local SLT to assess the overall DEI org performance through goals tracking.

  • Coordinates local DEI/IXT Working Groups/Councils/Champions/Ambassadors to support delivery of IXT action plans.

  • Leads on a number of regional IXT programs with the support of DEI/Inclusion Ambassadors, Affinity Groups and DEI/IXT Working Groups.

  • Identifies areas of opportunities through data analysis and partners with teams including PXT, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, CTSMD to develop and deliver appropriate paths to green.

  • Attends local country Talent MBRs, Weekly Business Reviews and Q1/Q3 Talent Reviews ensuring DEI input is incorporated wherever appropriate.

  • Upskills local PXT teams to run DEI data reports analyze key TEI and help with action planning.

  • Acts as the voice of LATAM within the wider WW Ops & Stores DEI organization to ensure local needs and complexities are communicated to central teams.

  • Highlights external DEI trends to ensure that the business is kept up to date to consider actions accordingly.

Basic Qualifications

  • HR business partner experience

  • Experience leading DEI strategies

  • Project/program management experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Global/Cross-cultural experience.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and Advanced English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Spanish

  • MBA or Master Degree in relevant field.
