We are just getting started in LATAM with Prime Video, but have very ambitious goals to become a leading player in the video entertainment industry and delight our customers with a great service and broad content.

Amazon Prime Video is seeking a Campaign Manager to support 360° local original marketing campaigns supporting the development of strategy and execution, and related projects from initial concept approval to completion. This position reports to the Head of Marketing in Brazil, and will work very close to the brand manager ensuring that each element of a Prime Video launch campaign is completed on time and on budget in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

As the campaign manager, responsibilities include overall health of 360 campaigns including timeline and key milestones management, timely delivery of marketing materials, reporting, and oversight of creative production budget. Working collaboratively with the team of Brand Managers and Head of Media, Campaign manager will help to plan overall campaign structure and have oversight of work back across disciplines for key campaign strategy and creative direction documents, source asset capture, development and delivery per campaign milestones, insisting always on the highest standards. Campaign Manager will oversee development of the AV, digital and print creative assets, including being the main point of contact with external partners and agencies to ensure deadlines are met. This person will be responsible for identifying campaign risk, providing solutions with timelines and owners and driving resolution with escalation to leadership During campaign execution, this person will lead asset performance reporting, optimization, and recommendation.

This person must have strong written and verbal communications skills in both Portuguese and English, as well as bias for action attitude, ability to influence different stakeholders at the same time, and strong cross-functional and project management, deliver successful execution of campaigns.

Key job responsibilities

  • Support the development of launch plans and manage all operational aspects of a local original campaign, including workflow, timelines, asset development, delivery, performance tracking, and reporting;

  • Obtain necessary approvals and communicate changes in execution to key stakeholders of each campaign;

  • Ensure team establishes and maintains appropriate processes, procedures, forms and job tracking to keep deliverables on time and budget;

  • Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues and budget implications;

  • Work collaboratively and proactively with internal teams, such as Amazon Studios, media and others and external agencies to assess to ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing plan.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in online and/or consumer marketing;

  • Entertainment or streaming industry Marketing experience;

  • Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English;

  • Bachelor Degree or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with campaign managing and delivering assets to external partners;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others (technical, business, executive);

  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs;

  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment;

  • A deep understanding of digital products and interactive entertainment;

  • Willingness to work hard and roll up sleeves to get work done, even when at times it is outside the scope of the job.
