Job Description:

  • You will be joining Morgan Stanley’s Brazil Investment Banking Group, which covers a broad and diverse set of clients that have a variety of interests in the Brazil. The team bring our clients global capabilities across the full spectrum of capital markets and M&A activities. As a leading investment banking franchise in Brazil, Morgan Stanley has been the advisor of choice in several landmark transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and actively participating in the execution of corporate finance transactions.
  • Performing financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research.
  • Contributing to team discussions and client meetings.
  • Developing and delivering client presentations in a clear and compelling manner

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English language are required
  • Knowledge in finance and/or investment market are preferable
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/ University degree
  • Preferred degrees in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering, Math, Actuarial Science, or others with similar characteristics
