Job Description :

Top Responsibilities:

  • Preparação, análise e conferência do PVA para a entrega da obrigação acessória ECD (Escrituração Contábil Digital), conforme a legislação vigente;

  • Preparação e entrega de demais obrigações acessórias, tais como: BACEN, Censo de Capitais Estrangeiros e IBGE.

  • Participação na elaboração das demonstrações financeiras com notas explicativas, seguindo as normas brasileiras CPC’s e IFRS;

  • Preparação de conciliações contábeis das contas patrimoniais e suas variações;

  • Efetuar os registros contábeis nos livros estatutários e gerenciais;

  • Entrega dos controle internos pertinentes à suas atividades;

  • Apoio em projetos do negócio como: mudanças ou adequação de legislações, assegurando que as normas e procedimentos de classificação contábil estão sendo seguidas;

  • Atendimento na entrega de documentação para as fiscalizações;

  • Identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos contábeis ;

  • Suporte contábil as demais áreas.

Certifications

  • Formação superior completo em Ciências Contábeis;

  • CRC ativo;

  • Inglês intermediário (conversação e escrita);

  • Desejável Pós Graduação;

Experience

  • Conhecimento em SAP (Módulo FI);

  • Experiência em atividades contábeis e transmissão do ECD (Escrituração Contábil Digital);

  • Elaboração das Demonstrações Financeiras com notas explicativas;

  • Atendimento a auditoria externa;

  • Bons conhecimentos Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Skills and abilities

  • Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe;

  • Acompanhamento das mudanças nas legislações e normas contábeis;

  • Perfil “hands on”;

  • Pró-atividade, senso crítico e questionador;

  • Habilidade para atendimento a auditoria externa;

  • Experiência na área contábil em multinacionais ou escritório contábil;

  • Experiencia em Big 4 será um diferencial;

  • 2 – 3 anos de experiência na área contábil

  • Estar sempre atualizado com as normas contábeis aplicáveis e legislações vigentes, ter vocação para relacionamento interpessoal e habilidade de comunicação.
