What will you do?

The IT Business Analyst for SAP is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions using the SAP ecosystem. These professional plays a key role in the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

• Take ownership for SAP modules (demand, documentation, training etc)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications for SAP solutions.

• Analyze existing business processes and propose enhancements using SAP capabilities.

• Develop and implement upgrade and improvement strategies in SAP.

• Conduct analysis and propose innovative solutions to improve business processes using SAP capabilities.

• Participate in the configuration, customization, and testing of SAP solutions.

• Document business requirements, processes, workflows, and technical solutions using tools such as JIRA or SAP-specific tools.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and are delivered within established timelines and budgets.

• Identify and resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP systems by conducting root cause analysis and proposing appropriate solutions.

• Provide support and training to end users in the use of SAP applications and functionalities.

What will you need to succeed?

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, information systems, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as IT business analyst roles in SAP environment.

• 5 years of experience working in SAP modules related to Finance and Controlling.

• Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certification Application Architect) are highly valued.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in project requirements.
