WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Ensure that the company's accounting records are captured correctly and in the corresponding fiscal period.

The Finance Analyst will have a direct impact on our business group, responsible for:

· Actively engaged in monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting process, including full-year operating and multi-year strategic plan creation.

· Scrutinizes monthly financial results and performs variance analysis versus plan and prior periods.

· Supports month-end accounting closing activities and helps ensure that all reporting data properly loaded into Hyperion Financial Management System.

· Develops financial models to support corporate, operational, and sales initiatives.

· Creates and automates reports with high impact on organizational knowledge and decision-making.

· Tracks cost trends and facilitates understanding of departmental expenses.

· Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and pursues business process efficiencies via Crane Business System.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Business or Accounting.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the finance field, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.

  • Advance Excel skills required.

  • ERP experience.

  • Desirable knowledge: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Excel, SAP
